Responsibilities
• Accurately enter and update data in our databases while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Review and verify the accuracy of data and rectify errors as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality across departments
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis as required
• Maintain organized digital files for easy access to information
• Stay up-to-date with company data entry procedures and protocols
Requirements
• Proven experience in data entry or a related role is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with a remote team
