THE OPPORTUNITY As a Sales Intern at Sapaad, you will get first-hand experience in the actual sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while learning from the best in the industry. You will work directly with clients in the fast-paced, rapidly growing F&B tech industry. Sapaad is the #1 POS provider in the F&B tech space, offering you a unique entry point into the industry. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Actively prospect and develop new leads, focusing on SMEs in the F&B and hospitality sectors. • Connect with potential clients through cold calls, emails, social platforms, and cold visits to build relationships and understand their business needs. • Conduct engaging product demonstrations that showcase Sapaad’s value and features to prospective clients. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and closing deals. • Maintain a high success rate in converting product demos into active users. • Manage inbound and outbound leads within assigned territories and update lead data in HubSpot. • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products in the F&B, hospitality, and food tech sectors. • Participate in customer training and education programs to ensure clients get the most out of Sapaad. • Support sales operations by tracking KPIs and performance metrics. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree • Passionate about building a career in Sales and Business Development. • A natural sales hunter mentality: driven to actively seek out and engage new clients, with a relentless focus on generating new business opportunities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage with potential clients. • Capable of delivering clear and persuasive product demonstrations. • Highly self-motivated and competitive, with a results-oriented mindset. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and remotely. • Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting in both online and in-person environments. • A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
