About the position
The Program Coordinator for the Office of Graduate & International Programs at Georgetown Law works with the Director of Operations and the Office of Graduate & International Programs team to carry out the departmental mission of administering graduate academic programs and providing international student support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing general office tasks, processing financial transactions, coordinating internal and external communication, planning events as necessary, and providing technology support, assisting international students with the F-1 and J-1 immigration document issuance process.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree

• 2-3 years of office experience or experience resulting in a similar skillset

• Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritize effectively

• Ability to manage challenging situations professionally and with sound judgment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential
