## Your Responsibilities 📍Lead the Mission: Drive the Arbitrum Foundation’s business development efforts and discover untapped growth opportunities. 📍Public Figure: Appear on multiple stages each year and stand up for Arbitrum against the greatest minds in Web3 and Blockchain. 📍Strategic Vision: Define our Foundation and Ecosystem strategy in collaboration with our Board of Directors and other internal stakeholders. 📍Forge Strong Bonds: Establish and maintain key partnerships with stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem and Web2 enterprises exploring Web3. 📍Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams within the Foundation to identify, prioritize and seize new opportunities. 📍Raise Awareness: Recognise potential within the Arbitrum ecosystem and spotlight partner and community contributions. ## What You'll Need 📍10+ years experience in business development, fostering strategic partnerships, as well as a relative role within the Web3, Blockchain, or technology sectors. 📍Strong presence as a public figure in the Web3/blockchain space, with experience representing a brand or ecosystem at major conferences, panels, and events.
