Job description:
• Verifying appointment details with clients.
• Confirming appointment schedules.
• Updating and maintaining appointment records.
• Coordinating with service providers.
• Handling rescheduling and cancellations.
• Generating daily/weekly reports, as needed.
• Addressing internal/external queries and concerns.
• Utilizing appointment scheduling software.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles; familiarity with scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office Tools.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing schedules.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
