Outbound Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Outbound Customer Service Representative Location: South Africa (Remote) Hours: Full-time, UK working hours (9am - 6pm or similar shift) Salary: R25,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team, making outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our mortgage advisory services. You will play a crucial role as the initial point of contact, engaging with clients and coordinating appointments for our UK-based advisors. This position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to support clients with an empathetic approach, guiding them toward helpful solutions and creating positive customer experiences.
