Key Responsibilities:
Client Services:
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Gather and maintain client information and documents.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests.
Administrative Support:
• Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
• Manage filing systems and organize electronic documents.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
Office Management:
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Assist with remote access and virtual meetings.
Qualifications:
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
