Administrative Support: • Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence. • Manage filing systems and organize electronic documents. • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. • Assist with billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping. Office Management: • Order office supplies and maintain inventory. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers. • Troubleshoot technical issues. • Assist with remote access and virtual meetings.
