About the position Silotech Group is seeking an experienced Total Force Enlisted Accessions Remote Recruiter to support the U.S. Air Force in fulfilling manpower requirements. This role involves selling, interviewing, screening, testing, and evaluating applicants for enlistment. The recruiter will be responsible for validating SF86 forms and other vital documents, as well as generating enlistment forms. This position is fast-paced and requires meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly production goals. The recruiter will maintain a proficient knowledge of all recruiting qualification criteria, benefits, and MEPS processing procedures in accordance with current Total Force Regular Air Force, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve regulations. The ideal candidate will uphold a professional and unbiased relationship with all leads and adhere to the responsibilities of an AFRS Remote Recruiter. The essential duties include conducting personal initial interviews, validating CCMAPPEDDS, and providing exceptional customer service. The recruiter will update the AFRISS-TF system with initial appointment details and applicant information, schedule applicants for APT or PiCAT online ASVAB, issue online applications via AFRISS-TF, and verify completed online applications with applicants. Additionally, the recruiter will prepare and review all MEPS paperwork for processing and effectively communicate with AFRS Recruiters for warm-handoffs. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining a positive attitude towards all customers and ensuring the secure handling and storage of sensitive information, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and Air Force Instruction (AFI) 33-332. Responsibilities • Conduct personal initial interviews and validate CCMAPPEDDS. , • Provide professionalism and exceptional customer service to all applicants. , • Update AFRISS-TF with initial appointment details and applicant information. , • Schedule applicants for APT or PiCAT online ASVAB. , • Issue online applications via AFRISS-TF and verify completed applications with applicants. , • Prepare and review all MEPS paperwork for processing. , • Effectively communicate with AFRS Recruiters for warm-handoffs. Requirements • Minimum of three years Active Duty, Air National Guard or Air Force Reserves service with at least three years of recruiter experience within the last seven years. , • Must be honorably discharged. , • Knowledge of all AF Programs including AECP, Dual Track Program, CCAF, Technical Training, ECLRP, TA, CCMAPPEDDS, and MATTERSS. , • Ability to type 40 WPM. , • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Calendar, Teams, and AFRISS-TF. , • Excellent communication and presentation skills. , • Excellent time management skills. Nice-to-haves • Military Entrance Processing (MEPS) liaison experience. , • Operations Non-Commission Officer (NCO) Flight Chief experience.
