Social Media and Marketing Manager - Remote

WHO ARE WE : A London-based commercial real estate agency WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR :A remote Social Media Marketing Manager with strong Social Media and Marketing skills on all social media platforms WHAT WILL YOU DO : Create engaging social media content that aligns with the company's brand and voice Develop and design pitch decks, proposals and presentations Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures and flyers Brainstorm and implement new marketing ideas to drive brand awareness and audience growth Assist in the planning and execution of events Conduct market research and analysis to support marketing campaigns Manage the company's social media platforms and grow our online presence Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns WHAT WILL YOU NEED : Some design skills and experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite / Canva Strong campaign experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fantastic storytelling ability Highly strategic, creative and able to execute ideas Strong project management and organisational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to help the team's needs and have fun Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices Experience in the Real Estate sector a plus Curiosity and desire to learn and grow a must
