Hi, Hope you are doing good!!! Role: SQL DBA Location: Remote, USA 10+ yrs required Must - performance, resource utilization, and network traffic and Server Migration. Job Description: • Administering and maintaining servers, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of server hardware and software. • Managing and maintaining network infrastructure, including firewalls, and VPNs. Configuring network settings, ensuring network security, and troubleshooting. • Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts. Managing user access permissions, groups, and security policies. • DBA experience. SQL Server expertise DB Mirroring , Availability groups • Implementing security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access, viruses, malware, and other cyber threats. Applying security patches and updates to servers and software. • Monitoring system performance, resource utilization, and network traffic. Identifying and resolving performance issues to optimize system efficiency. • Installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications and tools required for business operations. Ensuring software compliance and license management. • Responding to user-reported issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. • Maintaining documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures. Generating reports on system performance, security incidents, and compliance status. • Developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans and procedures to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of a system failure or disaster. • PowerShell and GIT experience.
