Responsibilities: AI Development and Integration - Design, develop, and implement AI-driven features, with a strong focus on integrating large language models (LLMs) into the Azure ecosystem. - Lead AI initiatives for critical projects, including RPM, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. - Experiment with AI technologies to prototype and deliver innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. - Implement data architecture solutions using technologies such as Databricks to collect and organize data assets to feed AI agent development. Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing - Collaborate with and mentor development team members, fostering a culture of learning and upskilling in AI development. - Act as a resource for team members, providing guidance on tools, frameworks, and best practices for AI integration. Risk Mitigation - Identify and address project risks related to AI development, ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines. - Provide expert-level insights to reduce reliance on external resources and ensure the successful execution of AI strategies. Tools and Frameworks - Work with advanced AI and data tools and frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Unity Catalog, and machine learning pipelines. - Optimize the use of these tools to deliver high-performing AI solutions that meet business needs. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions. - Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables, driving a shared vision for AI innovation. Qualifications: Technical Expertise - Proven experience in AI development and integration, particularly with large language models (LLMs) and Azure OpenAI. - Proficiency in tools such as DataBricks, Unity, and advanced machine learning frameworks. - Strong coding skills in languages such as Python or R, with hands-on experience using AI/ML libraries. Leadership and Mentorship - Demonstrated ability to mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. - Experience working in Agile teams, focusing on continuous improvement and delivering results. Problem-Solving Mindset - Solutions-focused with a track record of experimenting with AI technologies to address complex challenges. - Commitment to driving innovation and mitigating project risks. Experience and Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 3+ years of experience in AI development roles, with demonstrated success in deploying scalable AI solutions.
