Elearning Specialist

Looing for e-Learning developers who can join our workforce immediately - Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, quizzes, and simulations using industry-standard tools (e.g., Avallain, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360, or similar). • Create SCORM or xAPI-compliant content for integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Ensure content is engaging, visually appealing, and optimized for various devices and platforms. • Work closely with instructional designers to translate storyboards into fully functional e-learning modules. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance. • Develop and integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, video, and animations to enhance learning experiences. • Test e-learning courses for functionality, usability, and compatibility across devices and browsers. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in published e-learning content. • Continuously gather and incorporate feedback to improve course quality. • Upload and manage e-learning content on the organization’s LMS. • Ensure timely updates and maintenance of existing e-learning modules. • Stay updated on emerging e-learning technologies, tools, and trends. • Explore and implement new methods for enhancing learner engagement and knowledge retention. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education technology, multimedia design, or a related field. • Experience: • 2+ years of experience in e-learning development or instructional design. • Proven expertise with e-learning authoring tools. • Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus. Skills and Competencies: • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript (preferred but not mandatory). • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and implementing them in e-learning. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret LMS data and learner feedback.
