Community Projects/Experiences (Maker)

About the Role ARC is looking for a full-time Community Projects/Experiences Maker who will work closely with the management team to strengthen and elevate our community health and take it to the next level. If you’re someone who is keen to play a key role in shaping one of Asia’s leading communities in Web3, come have a chat with us! Responsibilities: • Community Health is the sole KPI • Formulate and implement strategies/activities/programmes that bring VALUE back to members • Help support and execute on existing Community Projects/Experiences that are already in existence • Spearhead the ongoing planning, implementation and iteration of the Contributors’ programme to fruitful outcomes (developing useful tools / products for the community) while ensuring that members who are contributors are engaged, and feel supported and recognised for their contributions • Strategically leverage data points available about the community and members to improve community health, re-calibrate community operations and provide insights into members’ needs and pain points. • Maintain a good grasp of the qualitative state of the community by actively participating in community events where possible and conducting 1-1 conversations with Stellars Requirements: • Sociable, outgoing personality who loves meeting and hanging out with people from diverse backgrounds • Demonstrates clear ability to grow personal and professional networks through ‘give value to receive value’ mentality • Passionate about connecting people in crypto based on identified synergies • Web3 native with an active Twitter profile • At least 6-8 years of full-time work experience • Ability to lead and collaborate on cross-functional teams to work on community projects and experiences that elevate community health
