About the position
The Implementation & Integration Specialist at Ahold Delhaize plays a crucial role in organizing and implementing e-commerce operations initiatives across all ADUSA brands. This position focuses on various aspects of e-commerce, including Last Mile, Central Fulfillment, and Pick from Store operations. The specialist will be responsible for launching and providing hypercare for complex, large-scale e-commerce processes and operational changes, ensuring that these initiatives lead to efficient operations and excellent customer service. This involves running projects to test new initiatives, creating documentation for implementation, setting up schedules for project installations, and training brand trainers to maintain best practices. The specialist will also serve as a feedback loop to the Channel Development and Product teams, providing insights on what works, what doesn’t, and any ideas that arise during installations. In addition to project management, the specialist will collaborate closely with the Product team to participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system improvements, ensuring that the final product is as problem-free as possible. They will ensure that each brand operator team is well-informed and trained in the established standards. The role also includes organizing and providing hypercare during the implementation of enhancements and being the in-market coverage to provide feedback. The specialist will work with the Channel Development team to identify areas for improvement in system design, supplies, equipment, and processes, devising approaches to implement these improvements and collaborating with the Standards & Compliance team to adjust documentation and training tools. The position offers a flexible/hybrid work schedule, requiring three in-person days at one of the core locations and two remote days. Core office locations include Salisbury, NC. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
• Manage the implementation of new processes and enhancements in all three channels of e-commerce fulfillment across the ADUSA brands.

• Find, implement, source, and customize new MHE solutions to improve productivity and drive associate satisfaction.

• Provide all brand representatives with the documentation and knowledge required to keep their associates well trained on current processes.

• Lead large complex projects throughout the AD network, providing subject matter expertise.

• Collaborate with development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions.
,
• Identify and communicate any risks for individual initiatives or the overall activity calendar, and create tools for risk mitigation, tracking, and execution.

• Contribute to building an Implementation & Integration department that demonstrates partnership behaviors and fosters a culture of belonging.

• Work with the Standards & Compliance team to create documentation for all standards in e-commerce operations, including SOPs and training aids.

• Partner with Channel Development and Product to organize and participate in all UAT required for new system enhancements in e-commerce operations.

• Execute final user acceptance test clearance for any system changes related to fulfillment in e-commerce in all channels.

• Travel throughout the network to understand pinch points and areas of opportunity.

• Advise Channel Leads on system changes and process adjustments to minimize issues that could cause lack of productivity or customer dissatisfaction.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.

• 4+ years' experience in retail operations.
,
• Experience with the development of IT systems and system enhancements.

• Hands-on knowledge of store/e-commerce fulfillment processes and systems.

• Proficient knowledge of retail and e-commerce operation procedures and fulfillment execution.

• Strong business acumen.
