We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy QuickBooks & Excel Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong background in QuickBooks, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for researching topics, creating connections, and organizing information.
Responsibilities:
• ️ Manage financial records using QuickBooks.
• ️ Conduct research on assigned topics, gather relevant information, and organize findings.
• ️ Create and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets, including automatic formulas.
• ️ Ensure data is accurately inputted and organized within Excel for easy access and reporting.
• ️ Work with various software applications to support different aspects of the business.
• ️ Assist in the development and management of school-based programs.
• ️ Learn and adapt to new systems and technologies as required.
• ️ Handle multiple roles as needed to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
• ️ Laptop: Must have your own laptop.
• ️ Experience... Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel (including creating automatic formulas).
• ️ Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable with using multiple apps, learning new programs, and adapting to different roles.
• ️ Stable Work Experience: Proven track record of job stability and reliable performance.
• ️ Remote Work: Available to work 3pm - 11pm SA time.
• ️ Wi-Fi: Must have a stable Wi-Fi connection.
• ️ Immediate Availability: Able to start immediately.
