Job Responsibilities • Oversee and review AI-generated code, ensuring it aligns with established quality standards and best practices. • Organize and manage the development cycle, setting clear goals, priorities, and deadlines. • Leverage expertise in Bash/Shell programming to resolve complex coding challenges during AI validation. • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, open communication, and continuous improvement. • Validate AI-generated code to ensure its accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the AI system's capabilities and integrate it with other components. • Analyze team members' code, offering constructive feedback to maintain high software development standards. Required Skills • At least 3 years of experience as a Bash/Shell Developer. • Proficiency in Bash/Shell programming languages. • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. • Experience with version control systems such as Git. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. • Familiarity with using LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI for coding.
