This role is focused on providing expertise in Data Domain and Networker solutions, along with remote support for CRS (Cloud Recovery Services Or Cyber Recovery Solution) with assistance from a CRS expert. Key Responsibilities: • Data Domain Management: Oversee data backup, deduplication, and recovery processes using Data Domain solutions. Monitor and maintain performance metrics to ensure efficiency. • Networker Administration: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot EMC Networker solutions to ensure seamless data protection and recovery workflows. • CRS Remote Support: Collaborate with CRS experts to provide remote support for cloud... recovery services, ensuring prompt and effective troubleshooting and maintenance. • Customer Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact for the DELL customer, providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication on issue resolution and project progress. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of activities, configurations, and procedures for future reference and audit purposes. Key Skills: • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Data Domain, EMC Networker, and cloud recovery services. • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues, along with effective problem-resolution strategies. • Remote Coordination: Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting with both customers and remote CRS experts.
