Looking for a Bilingual Chinese/English speaking Coordinator for our Home Health Care Agency • Must have exemplary customer service skills, pleasant in person, over the phone and e-mail, loves communicating with people, and is a natural problem-solver. Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times • Make constant follow-up with the potential aides to comply with the government requirements and deploy them as soon as possible. • Reach out to various establishments / volunteer groups / hospitals / clinics / hospice places to reach out to more aides / attract more clients • Ability to make sound judgments in accordance with the company and government protocols • Ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple tasks, constantly follow company protocol, and ensure completeness of requirements of the potential caregivers • Establish a warm and great relationship with our existing and future Home Health Aides and HHA case managers • Work without close supervision and practice independent judgment • Computer-literate, proficient in the MS Office Job Type: Full-time; Remote Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Health insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday Experience: • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) • WFH: 1 year (Preferred) Language: • English (Required) • Chinese (Required)
