In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our U.S.-based customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This is a remote position requiring strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a deep understanding of customer needs. Key Responsibilities: • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat. • Assist customers with inquiries regarding product information, troubleshooting, order status, and account management. • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system. • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to address and escalate complex issues when necessary. • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate and relevant information to customers. • Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and contribute to team initiatives. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a tech or e-commerce environment. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure. • Proficiency in using CRM tools, customer support software, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with tech products or services is a plus. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support customers across different time zones. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
