VP of E-Commerce, CRM and Licensing

Description:
• We are seeking a VP of E-Commerce, CRM & Licensing to lead our e-commerce, customer relationship management, and licensing efforts.
• This role will oversee the P&L for our e-commerce (non-subscription) business, drive e-commerce revenue, and optimize the digital customer journey to accelerate growth.
• Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing licensing relationships and overseeing the P&L for licensed fragrances, a critical component of our e-commerce and subscription revenue.
• You will spearhead efforts to maximize retention, personalize user experiences, and convert leads across E-Mail, SMS, and Push channels.
• This role is ideal for a results-driven, data-savvy leader with a passion for creating optimal customer experiences in the consumer goods space.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or CRM, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record with licensing business models is a strong plus
• Proven experience in scaling e-commerce and/or subscription DTC businesses
• Expertise with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), and machine learning-based site personalization tools
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer segmentation, and performance metrics.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
