Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator – Remote (Based in Colombia)

COVENANT GROUP is a dynamic, growing recruiting firm serving clients across Canada and the USA. We are seeking a Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team in Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing the most qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our expanding client base in North America.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding. You will be expected to work efficiently and collaboratively with our team, ensuring we meet our client's needs while maintaining a high standard of service.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Monthly Fixed Compensation: COP 6,000,000 to COP 8,000,000 based on experience and qualifications.
• Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and commissions available for successful placements and measurable achievements (details will be outlined in the agreement).

Schedule:
• Flexible, with core hours typically from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
• Rotating on-call weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various industries.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and organizational goals, and fill temporary, contract, or permanent roles.
• Support Senior Recruiters with client account management, including regular follow-ups and candidate check-ins.
• Write and edit compelling job descriptions and post them to job boards and other relevant platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate online interviews.
• Conduct pre-employment checks, including reference and criminal record verification.
• Ensure smooth communication with candidates and the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, using the company’s innovative sourcing tools and strategies.
• Participate in on-call shifts during weekends or after-hours when necessary.
Requirements:
• Education: College degree (University) in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment or a related role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and recruiting best practices.
• Ability to learn and adapt to US/Canadian labor laws and government regulations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a team player.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn and other tools for candidate sourcing.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Skilled in social media for business and database management.
• Strong writing skills for crafting job ads and posting to various job boards.
• Ability to manage multiple candidate relationships effectively.
• Must pass a local security background check prior to hire.
