Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a eCommerce Account Manager. This position can be based at the following Eaton locations: Moon Township, PA, Charlotte, NC, or Peachtree City, GA or remote from home office. The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year

What you'll do: Overview: The Account Manager, eCommerce shall be responsible for growing the company's sales and market share on Pureplay eCommerce accounts. They work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, product development, digital merchandising and marketing to drive the strategic direction for the account. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Develop E-Commerce business strategy for Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon and other online retailers.
Deliver reasoning based upon analyses of customer insights, customer strategy, internal financial analysis, Spectrum strategy, portfolio, promotions, marketing/multi-channel, and inventory. Develop annual quota, profit plan and sales action plan and monitor actual results vs. plan throughout the year, adjusting when appropriate.
Conduct in-person business reviews quarterly with accounts and present them as appropriate to management. Identify and develop new business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability and market share. Assist marketing and sales management with development of marketing strategies and advertising plans as appropriate.
Partner with digital marketing to ensure user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns are aligned with key e-Commerce retailers. Provide expertise on current e-Commerce industry best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure e-Commerce principles are incorporated.
Partner with operations team to ensure the fulfilment of goods and services ordered via the e-commerce channel and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and business efficiency. Develop recommendations for capital, operating and account management budgets. Collaborate with other leaders in the development of a coordinated budget recommendation for Director approval.
Provide fiscal oversight of allocated resources, assets and expenses. Make necessary decisions to adjust for variations in projected budget income caused by fluctuating volumes and other external factors. Collaborate internally with the product team to develop best in class content Build and justify annual marketing budget by analyzing KPIs and presenting a business case for continued/incremental investment Provide competitive product updates on key eCommerce platforms including eCommerce industry best practices Responsible for evolving our digital footprint, emphasizing the conversion path to purchase, and ensuring strong integration with and across our other brand campaigns Work with marketing team to set up of all new items, promotional calendar development and implementation, post-performance and weekly analysis, etc Qualifications: Basic (required) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Three years of experience as an eCommerce Account Manager specifically working within the hardware store channel Ability to travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or marketing from an accredited institution Previous experience working as an account manager supporting customers like Lowes or Home Depot The application window for this position is anticipated to close on January 10th, 2025.
