We are a dedicated recruitment firm partnering with a respected non-profit organization in Massachusetts to fill 20 Licensed Special Education Teacher positions across two locations. To achieve this, we are seeking outsourced sourcing support from motivated and resourceful professionals who can help us connect with exceptional candidates, both within and beyond the local commuting area. What You'll Do: - Targeted Outreach: Conduct outreach with 150 qualified candidates per month using your own resources, including platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, email, or other sourcing tools. We will require proof of outreach. - Candidate Screening: Use the provided minimum qualifications and online tools to verify licensure status. - Introductions Only: Share a detailed outreach report and pass along interested candidates for us to handle the interview process. No interviewing required on your end. - Impactful Results: Contribute to building a team of skilled educators who will make a difference in the lives of students with special needs.
