Job Description Job Description... Marketing Admin Location; Remote, US JOB DESCRIPTION Our client’s marketing department submits marketing materials to 21 strategic firms for approval. These submissions and approvals are tracked in multiple systems- Aprimo, Monday.com, and 4U. The approvals are then added to a spreadsheet called the Firm Approval Grid. Over time the tracking of these approvals has created gaps and incorrect or outdated information. This temporary role will help audit and clean up the spreadsheet. • Audit the Firm Approval Grid by going piece by piece (about 650 pieces on the spreadsheet) and compare the approval information in Aprimo, Monday.com and 4U. • Confirm information is accurate or missing. • Estimated time frame to complete this work is 10 to 15 working days. QUALIFICATIONS • Access to a computer, experience with excel, and be able to learn to navigate around three platforms (after training) – Aprimo, Monday.com, and 4U. Training will be provided on all platforms and the role will work individually while providing updates at the end of each day.
