Overview
Cupid Intimates, a leading brand in the intimate apparel industry, is seeking an E-commerce Assistant to support our Direct-to-Consumer and Marketplace accounts. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving sustainable growth across our DTC and partner/retail websites.
Responsibilities
• Product Listings Management:
Manage and optimize online product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images ensuring all are accurate and appealing.
• Coordinate with the E-commerce manager to develop and implement promotional campaigns across various online platforms to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Website Maintenance:
• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth navigation for users.
• Collaborate with E-commerce manager and web developer to enhance overall user experience.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as website traffic, average order value, revenue, and conversion rates. Make recommendations for improvements, as needed.
• Generate weekly reports and provide actionable insights to improve digital performance.
• Create seasonal hindsight reports and share key takeaways with cross functional partners to help influence decision making.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience.
• Conduct A/B testing for website layouts, product placement, verbiage, and ad campaigns.
• Inventory Coordination:
• Work closely with inventory production teams to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels.
• Partner with E-commerce manager and Analyst team to forecast future replenishment needs.
• Digital Marketing Strategy & Support:
• Assist in development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, and social media promotions to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing team to align ecommerce efforts with overall brand messaging.
• Identify opportunities for growth, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Assist with development, maintenance, and execution of marketing calendar.
• Customer Interaction:
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to online purchases and returns.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
• 3rd Party Website Support:
• Partner with outside agency to improve Amazon product listings, identify trends and opportunities, and drive brand awareness. Drive sales growth on Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.
• Make recommendations to optimize product listings on key retailer websites (ex: Macy’s, Belk, Wal-Mart).
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT) to align strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in ecommerce or related roles.
• Exposure to email marketing, digital campaigns and inventory management.
Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong understanding of and experience with digital marketing, SEO/SEM and data analysis tools (Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Magento and Shopify.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Meta and Klaviyo.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills.
