Role HARDSKILLS seeks Client Experience Representatives to work alongside our Customer Experience Managers supporting the world’s most innovative brands in workforce transformation. This role suits individuals with up to 2 years of corporate work experience. You’ll learn foundational skills of building and managing trusted Client relationships and be on track to own a set of key clients over time. Supporting a Client Experience (CX) Manager day-to-day, you will be trained in all aspects of account management; client onboarding, cohort communication, data analysis and reporting of key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: • Account Management Support: Assist CX Managers in project management, participate in client meetings, coordinate Cohort rollouts & scheduling, prepare updates, maintain accurate client documentation and reporting. • Client Research: Conduct research & track industry priorities and developments of assigned Clients to identify opportunities for collaboration and deepening our role as a value-adding partner to help transform their workforce. • Collaboration & Collateral Preparation: Working with a cross-functional team, create client-specific presentations, reports, and marketing collateral. Become fluent in tools that create world-class presentations and reports that are insightful and actionable.
