As we grow, we are looking for a Sales & Client Care Representative to join our team and help families find the perfect swim program for their needs. Who You Are If you have experience working at a gym, fitness center, front desk, or membership-based business—especially in sales, customer service, or an educational setting—you already have the skills to thrive in this role! You enjoy talking to people, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward the right solution. You’re organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a remote environment where you can work independently while being part of a supportive team. What You’ll Be Doing • Sales & Enrolment: Engage with potential clients, learn about their swimming goals, and help them enrol in our programs—just like selling a gym membership! • Lead Management: Follow up on potential clients, connect with families who previously inquired, and proactively reach out to grow our community. • Client Support: Answer inquiries via phone and email, assist families with scheduling and enrolment, and provide top-notch customer care. • Objection Handling: Confidently address concerns and help clients see the value of our programs. • Collaboration: Work closely with our instructional team to ensure smooth transitions from enrolment to lessons. What We’re Looking For ✔ Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a gym, fitness center, or membership-based business (front desk, membership sales, admissions, or similar) or in a previous administrative position.. ✔ Education background (admin, marketing, teaching, coaching, or working with families is a plus). ✔ Strong communicator – Comfortable talking on the phone and engaging with clients. ✔ Self-motivated & organized – Able to manage leads, follow up with inquiries, and track client progress. ✔ Tech-savvy – Familiar with CRMs, scheduling software, or eager to learn. ✔ Work from home setup – A reliable internet connection, computer and a quiet, professional workspace.
