Remote Sales Director

United City Yachts is seeking a highly experienced Remote Sales Director to lead and develop our sales team. As a key member of our management group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving exceptional results. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in managing sales teams, with a proven track record of success in the yacht industry. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics. In this role, you will: • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans • Lead, motivate, and coach sales team members • Analyze sales performance and provide feedback • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Build and maintain customer relationships You will also be responsible for managing sales operations, including forecasting, and collaborating with the management team. A strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitors is essential. This is a remote position based in or around Toronto, with occasional travel required. The salary range is $80,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
