Recent wins Here’s what we’ve accomplished in the past couple of months: • Developed a segmentation engine that leverages e-commerce platform data to personalize interactions in a compliant manner, at scale • Built out a data pipeline capable of handling millions of events daily • Enabled the use of multiple LLM’s for a single interaction, optimized for the best performance while reducing costs • Onboarded some of the largest e-commerce brands across the industry turning them into massive believers in both our product and our vision We'd like to work on (this is a glimpse of exciting tickets from our backlog) • Refining our AI infrastructure to enable deeper segmentation, optimize customer-level memory, and integrate advanced agentic workflows for greater adaptability and efficiency • Enhancing our AI conversation engine to deliver self-optimizing interactions that gather actionable feedback, helping brands better understand their customers. • Expanding self-service capabilities to provide smaller brands on our waitlist—and across the industry—seamless access to the LTV.ai platform What you'll do • Think critically and ramp up quickly, tackling new challenges with a sharp and adaptive mindset • Take full ownership of the platform, from ideation to production • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards • Collaborate across teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to align technology with business needs • Navigate ambiguity with confidence, solving complex problems with a strategic approach • Be hands-on across the stack, contributing directly to development and implementation • Bring 5+ years of proven experience in building and scaling impactful solutions Our stack • Backend: NestJS (TypeScript) • Frontend: React (TypeScript) • Infrastructure: AWS managed with Terraform • Databases: PostgreSQL & ClickHouse Hiring process Our hiring process evaluates: • Your interest in our mission and values • Your ability to communicate technical details • Your problem-solving skills and creativity • What you can bring to strengthen the team If you’re confident you can make an impact, send an email directly to asad@ltv.ai and let him know why you're the right fit.
