Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate (eCommerce) to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding VidAU’s reach by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with e-commerce brands, and driving the adoption of our innovative advertising solutions.
Responsibilities
• Onboard and Educate: Guide e-commerce brands through the onboarding process and educate them on VidAU’s AI-powered growth solutions.
• Client-Centric Growth: Understand client priorities and develop tailored action plans to drive their success.
• Campaign Optimization: Set up and optimize campaigns using best practices for creative strategies and performance metrics.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze key metrics to ensure the success of our e-commerce partners and provide actionable recommendations.
• Product Expertise: Become a trusted expert on VidAU’s mobile advertising products and solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Client Success, to deliver exceptional results.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Team Player: Collaborative, creative, and driven to contribute to the organization’s growth.
• Tech-Savvy: Demonstrated interest in technology, with experience handling large data sets and leveraging tools for decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
• E-Commerce Expertise: Experience working in the e-commerce industry or with brand operations.
• Creative Tools: Familiarity with image and video editing software.

VidAU provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay-for-performance rewards approach. Total compensation at VidAU is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of incentive compensation (as applicable) may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits.
Base Pay Range
US$74K - US$128K/yr
