Examples include PriPost in the Netherlands and EasyPost in Spain. Your Role as a Sales Specialist As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of AgileGrowth Solutions. You will take full ownership of your sales pipeline and business development strategy. Your primary responsibilities include: Partner Acquisition: • Identify, approach, and qualify potential partners in various countries. • Conduct market research and initiate marketing activities to increase the visibility of AgileGrowth Solutions. • Network and utilize social media and other channels to attract new partners. • Manage initial contacts with potential partners and qualify them. For serious candidates, the AGS director will become involved in further discussions. DocWise Sales (DMS system): • Actively sell the digital archive solution DocWise. • Present the software, provide demos, and convince potential clients. • Prepare quotations and manage the entire sales cycle up to deal closure. Who Are You? • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or software licensing. • A self-starter with a proven track record in developing strategic plans and achieving commercial objectives. • Strong action-oriented mindset, capable of turning plans into concrete results. • Internationally oriented, experienced with diverse cultures, and willing to travel. • Location independent: you can live anywhere, but our preference is for someone based in Europe or with significant experience in the European market, as this is where our business will primarily grow. Candidates already residing in Dubai or willing to relocate are also encouraged to apply. • Entrepreneurial mindset: a solid base salary with attractive performance-based bonuses linked to sales targets and partner acquisition milestones. • Excellent social and communication skills, both oral and written. • Perfect command of the English language. • Affinity with marketing and experience in leveraging modern tools like AI for marketing campaigns. • Long-term focus: we seek someone committed to staying with us for multiple years.
