Graphic designer for META static ads and more (e-commerce)

We are looking for a graphic designer who can help us design static image ads for META ads for e-commerce brands. If this works out well there can be all sorts of graphic design work done on a full-time basis. We're running an agency where we help e-commerce brands as well as our own brands. For both we need graphic design work on a consistent basis so we're looking for a reliable person. - you're not a 'basic' designer and also have an eye for instance for improving contrast in used photos, adding shadows, ... - you're able to design in Figma - quick communication is top priority - we understand work can sometimes not be done instantly but we like to have quick responses during office hours - task management is through Notion and you can adhere to operating procedures in the tool (ie. when you started work on a task, set the status to in progress) Available during working hours in Belgium timezone.
