Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and results-driven Partnerships & Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have been in the FX/CFD industry for the past years and with his own client base, leveraging their expertise to forge strategic partnerships and secure key clients for FXCG. As the Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth. Responsibilities · Partnership Development: Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships with industry leaders, associations, and key stakeholders. · Client Acquisition: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new clients. Leverage business acumen to understand client needs and position FXCG's services as tailored solutions. · Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Utilize comprehensive insights to navigate regulatory landscapes and anticipate market challenges. ·Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry players. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions that align with their business goals. ·Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners. Ensure all proposals adhere to legal and compliance standards. ·Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Oversee the contract management process, collaborating with legal teams to finalize and execute agreements. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. · Proven experience in business development and partnerships within the FX/CFD related industry. · Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Strategic thinking with the ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities. • · Results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
