1st Level Support (m/f/x)

As a dedicated 1st level support employee with experience in TYPO3, you will support customers with their technical concerns at Moselwal Digitalagentur. Your tasks include receiving and processing support requests via email and phone, analyzing and solving technical problems, and working closely with the development team. You will document support requests and solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes. With a completed IT education or comparable work experience as well as excellent German and English skills and outstanding communication and problem solving skills, you are the ideal candidate for this position.
