Who we are looking for: We’re looking for energetic individuals with experience, a strong drive-in delivering results and can manage the life of the PR and Influencer Marketing & E-commerce industry. Role Description This is a full-time role based in BGC, Taguig with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The E-Comm Account Manager will be responsible for recruiting clients and managing e-commerce influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns. The role requires strategic planning, execution, and analysis to ensure successful campaigns and satisfied clients. Responsibilities • Responsible for servicing new and/or assigned to existing clients for all Influencer Marketing & E-commerce Marketing needs (Affiliate & Key Live Selling Campaigns). • Recruit possible new clients. • Drive successful e-commerce campaigns on TikTokShop with multiple brand partners. • Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing Influencer Marketing & Affiliate Marketing Campaigns to support accounts team for meeting client objectives. • Research for potential opportunities to develop capabilities for the business and the community. • Lead Affiliate & Influencer Marketing projects by assisting in overall execution and coordination of all necessary parties ensuring smooth delivery of deliverables. • Prepare campaign reports and advise clients on key learnings/recommendations. • Coordinate content creation efforts with internal teams and external partners. • Support the team in pitch and develop process for new business opportunities. Qualifications / Skills needed • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, preferably in an agency or e-commerce marketing company • Experience handling accounts in line with or managing TikTok and other social media platforms. Required Skills & Competencies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools. • Proficiency in Google WorkSpace (GSheets, GDocs, GDrive, GSlides, etc.). • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and influencer marketing strategies. • Familiarity with TikTokshop and its functionalities.
