Revitalize a e-commerce brand that has been neglected. Amazon, Walmart, ect.

I've recently acquired an established e-commerce brand that has been somewhat dormant, and I'm seeking some guidance to relaunch it effectively. This is my first venture into e-commerce, and I'll be managing this project solo. I'm looking for an experienced partner to help navigate this endeavor. Here are some of the key areas where I need support, though I'm open to any smart suggestions and don't expect everything to be tackled immediately. We're currently focusing more on the production side, so I want to avoid feeling overwhelmed. However, these are critical issues that need attention: I specifically need help on Amazon first. -Improve product listing quality -Refine overall FBA process and operation -Advertising guidance -Expand our product line into other countries Next, we recently launched our Walmart store and are currently using WFS, similar situation there. -Listing Quality -Advertising -Build brand recognition on platform Our website is decent, and decent doesn’t bring conversion rates. We need to pump life back into the website, -SEO optimization -New content -Advertising guidance Social Media, we have a long forgotten about Instagram with a health following. I have never used insta/facebook so this may be more complex, but I learn quick and would love some advice.
