PMO Specialist (Ref.No. R1007947 )

We are seeking a results-driven PMO Specialist to enhance project and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating dynamic dashboards, consolidating timesheets, producing key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and operations, and delivering advanced analytics to support strategic decisions.
Position Summary:
• Provide support to all project stakeholders, including those belonging to other Domains or Competence Centers when participating to the project
• Take into account all information provided by each Work Package Managers. PMs from Different PM BLs
• Report evidence of gaps and drifts as soon as appearing, for the benefit of the Project Manager and the WP Manager
• Provide functional support to the WP Managers in all PMO's expertise areas
• Provide KPIs internally and externally: Project Performance, Technical and Procurement Progress,
• Manage the Project Dashboard monthly updates, with inputs from all BLs project dashboards
• Support the GPM in planning and following the weekly meeting, monthly meetings. Ensure proper tracking of all Project actions.
You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
• Structuring and planning: provide assistance to the Project Manager when defining the PBS, WBS, OBS, Master Schedule and RAM - Consolidate corresponding workload.
• Managing Risks & Opportunities: elaborate and maintain the Risks & Opportunities Register, track risk mitigation and opportunities shaping plans.
• Producing KPIs: prepare reporting and ensure action plan follow-up.
• Managing data: define and implement data management plan, prepare corresponding deliverables.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track project and operational performance.
• Produce, analyze, and report project KPIs, operations KPIs, and other performance metrics.
• Consolidate and analyze timesheets for accurate resource planning and forecasting.
• Conduct comprehensive data analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with project teams and operational units to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Generate and present reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Maintain and improve tools, templates, and methodologies for project tracking and performance evaluation.
You have:
• Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5 to 7+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Specific working experience either in Project Management, Bids, Sales, Contracts & Legal, Procurement, Engineering or Operations.
• Proven performance.
• International company experience.
• Has worked cross-functionally on a project.
• Good communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel and KPI generation.
• Good understanding of Risk and Opportunity management within projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in KPI development and reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills/Certifications:
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified Data Analyst).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including macros and VBA scripting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and operational frameworks.
