If you're passionate about customer service, sales, and the music industry, we want to meet you! 🎶 📅 Date: Monday, December 23, 2024 🕙 Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM 📍 Location: Melodica Music Academy, Office 1506, 15/F, Mazaya Business Avenue, AA1, JLT, Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities: 💼 Front Desk Management: Greet students, parents, and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude. 📞 Administrative Support: Handle calls, appointments, inquiries, and maintain accurate records. 📅 Student Support: Assist with class schedules, course details, and academy services. 💳 Payments & Invoicing: Process payments and manage financial records. 📈 Sales Promotion: Promote and upsell our music education services. 🛠️ Problem Resolution: Address and resolve concerns efficiently and professionally. 🤝 Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
