We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Web3 Marketing & Campaign Manager (Asia-based) to join our team full-time and help bring our projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate innovative marketing strategies and efforts, including storytelling, lore integration, asset creation, and scheduling posts across multiple channels.
• Manage communication with Discord, Telegram, and Twitter/X teams, ensuring smooth execution of launch campaigns and partnerships.
• Track and report campaign progress, and address any challenges that arise.
• Lead and execute marketing campaigns, including content strategy and social media execution for game or project launches.
• Take full ownership of projects—driving progress, filling gaps, and problem-solving to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and deliverables are met on time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing efforts, coordinating between social, KOL (key opinion leaders), PR, branding, and community support teams.
• Lead marketing meetings, set clear agendas, update the Notion system, and drive discussions to achieve key milestones.
• Identify and proactively resolve potential roadblocks to keep the project timeline on track.
• Document meeting notes, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure task completion. Motivate and influence team members to achieve goals.
• Participate in evening calls (Asia time zone) as needed to accommodate team schedules.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing launches for campaigns and projects, particularly in P2A campaigns or game launches.
• Experience with Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, and landing pages, with the ability to bridge communication across all platforms.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion.
• Savvy with Web3 and a strong understanding of blockchain and degens.
• Experience playing Web3 games and participating in P2A campaigns.
• Experience in game production or development (nice to have).
Requirements:
• Must be available to work from 4pm-5pm PST and 10pm-12pm PST on weekdays for calls with our North American team.
• No other full-time or part-time job commitments. This is a full-time role.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
