Description
• Develop strategies to convert one-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers.
• Monitor and track customer behavior to identify opportunities for re-engagement and upselling.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns aimed at increasing repeat purchase rates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer segments, particularly repeat purchasers.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value customers, treating them like VIPs.
• Manage a dedicated segment of repeat customers, ensuring they receive personalized care and attention.
• Regularly communicate with customers via email to share updates, exclusive access to new product drops, and address inquiries or feedback.
• Analyze customer data from platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain customer lists, segmenting audiences based on purchase history (e.g., two-time buyers vs. first-time buyers).
• Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement in the customer journey.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align customer engagement strategies with business goals.
• Suggest and implement new initiatives to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Google Sheets or CRM systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Hard Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, client management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify and email marketing tools like Klaviyo is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Sheets or similar tools.
• Ability to manage customer relationships with a focus on empathy and long-term engagement.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones (Australian and US time zones).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Schedule:
• Should be available to work 40 hours/week from Monday-Sunday (either day shift or night shift) with two days off
