Transaction Specialist

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Australia This is a remote position. Schedule: • Full time • Monday to Thursday, 8 am-5 pm with 30 min unpaid lunch and two 15 mins paid breaks (11 pm - 8 am Manila Time) • Friday, 8 am to 3 pm with 60 min unpaid lunch break and one 15 min paid break (11 pm - 6 am Manila Time) • San Diego, CA, Pacifc Time ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES ● Review and analyze transaction data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance regulations ● Identify and investigate discrepancies or anomalies in transactions ● Work closely with internal teams to resolve transaction-related issues ● Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions ● Validate transactions against supporting documentation and ensure they align with company policies and regulations ● Document findings from transaction specialists ● Additional tasks as needed Requirements ● Proficient in Google and Excel ● Self motivated and dependable ● Team Player ●...
