Ecommerce Manager - Shopify Freelance / ASAP Start Remote Job Summary Our client, an exciting and growing sports ecommerce company are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Manager & Shopify Expert to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising their online store on Shopify, managing product listings, supporting implementation of marketing strategies, and improving the customer experience to maximize sales and conversion rates. You will collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and the growth of their online presence. Key Responsibilities: Shopify Store Management: • Build, design, and optimise Shopify stores for maximum performance and customer experience. • Regularly update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images. • Implement new features, apps, and integrations to improve site functionality. • Manage inventory, stock levels, and product data across the platform. E-commerce Strategy & Optimisation: • Analyse and report on e-commerce performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and sales. • Develop strategies for increasing sales, improving user experience, and expanding the customer base. • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings. • Ensure mobile optimisation for a seamless customer experience. Skills & Experience • Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or Shopify Expert. • In-depth knowledge of Shopify's platform, apps, and tools (Shopify Plus, Shopify POS, etc.). • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and web analytics (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics). • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Liquid code is a plus but not required.
