Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies tailored to plant and nursery products.
Manage daily operations of the online store, including inventory management, product listings, and order fulfillment.
Inventory Management & Nursery Onboarding:
Oversee the onboarding of new plants and nursery products, ensuring that every plant is accurately represented online, with correct names, sizes, and prices.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of plants, ensuring that stock availability is always accurate and updated in real-time.
Maintain detailed records for every plant, including size, growth stage, care requirements, and any other relevant information.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely stock replenishment and delivery.
Product Accuracy & Quality Control:
Ensure that all plant descriptions, sizes, and pricing are correct and accurately reflected on the e-commerce platform.
Regularly verify that product images match the actual plants being sold and meet quality standards.
Implement a system for quality checks to verify plant health and condition before they are listed for sale.
Customer Support & Engagement:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to plant care, sizes, availability, and pricing.
Ensure that customers receive accurate and up-to-date information on plant products to make informed purchasing decisions.
Assist customers with any issues related to plant orders, returns, or care guidance.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales data, inventory trends, and customer feedback to optimize plant offerings and e-commerce strategies.
Prepare regular reports to monitor inventory turnover, plant sales performance, and customer engagement.
Use analytics to optimize the pricing strategy and product placement based on demand and seasonal trends.
