Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Mid-Market/Enterprise (E-Commerce) - Remote Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients within the eCommerce sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads. Your primary objective will be to build a robust sales pipeline by engaging with key decision-makers and scheduling qualified meetings with our senior sales team. Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough research to identify and target mid-market and enterprise-level clients, including brands, manufacturers, and distributors. • Execute high-volume outreach efforts, aiming to connect with over 100 meaningful contacts daily through cold calls, email campaigns, and networking initiatives. • Develop and enhance outreach campaigns, including phone scripts and email templates, utilizing AI tools for optimal engagement. • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate solutions to prospects. • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on target accounts and maintain accuracy in Salesforce for lead tracking. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform and refine outreach strategies. Required Skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Proficiency in crafting compelling messages across various platforms. • Strong listening and interpersonal skills to guide prospects through the sales process. • Highly organized with demonstrated time management skills to navigate a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and proficiency in lead research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Qualifications • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an SDR, preferably in a SaaS context. • At least 1 year of experience in sales targeting mid-market and enterprise clients. • Proven track record in selling eCommerce solutions, particularly in product management or inventory solutions. • Bonus: Experience with multichannel eCommerce platforms or industries such as automotive or powersports.
