Key Responsibilities:
• As a Remote Project Manager, you will manage the successful execution of work orders and projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with both internal teams and external vendors.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating with on-site technicians and subcontractors to complete work orders
• Planning project timelines and budgets
• Allocating resources effectively
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion
• Documenting project details and maintaining records
• Communicating with clients and team members to provide updates and address any issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and construction trades (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing)
• Experience managing self-performing labor teams
• Previous project management experience, preferably in facilities or construction
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and project management systems
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
