The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Sales, Reception, Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, dealing directly with our customers. Our clinic's philosophy revolves around delivering exceptional client experiences, which is why we are primarily looking for a candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills. Role Overview: As a Sales/Admin/Reception Support you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer service and contributing to sales growth. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with both new and existing clients, gaining insight into their cosmetic needs. Booking consultations, managing all aspects of front desk and following up all patients to drive sales. Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively promote our range of cosmetic services and treatment plans to potential clients, effectively closing sales and achieving revenue targets. Appointment Scheduling:Efficiently coordinate client appointments and follow-up procedures, optimising clinic capacity and ensuring smooth operations. Customer Service Excellence:Offer personalised assistance and support to clients throughout their cosmetic journey, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records, handle payments, and provide administrative support as needed. Requirements: • Passionate and empathetic approach. • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles. • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively. • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, paying meticulous attention to detail. • Enthusiastic and proactive work ethic, driven by a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall office operations. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Reception/ Cosmetic • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges. • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
