We are a Sydney-based recruitment agency recruiting across APAC, partnering with some of the world’s most exciting technology companies. We are seeking a sourcing specialist to help drive our recruitment efforts. About the Role: This position is ideal for a sourcing expert with 3-5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience. In this role, you’ll focus purely on list building—identifying talent for various sales roles across APAC . You’ll collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure we’re building a pipeline of qualified, motivated candidates for roles spanning top-tier software vendors and consulting firms. What We’re Looking For: Boolean Wizardry (MUST HAVE) ... Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, with a proven track record in advanced boolean search techniques to source talent effectively. Sourcing Focus (MUST HAVE) : This is a list-building role, so we’re looking for someone who finds joy in research and sourcing rather than full-cycle recruiting. Sales Talent Expertise (GOOD TO HAVE) : Knowledgeable about sales recruitment with a deep understanding of all sales title variations, levels and their respective functions to ensure candidates closely align with role requirements. APAC Software Market Knowledge (GOOD TO HAVE) : Strong knowledge of the APAC software landscape, with an understanding of the distinct roles and appeal of global tech leaders, regional innovators, and specialised implementation partners—ensuring candidate recommendations align seamlessly with each client’s unique market position and growth opportunities. Remote Work Ready (MUST HAVE) : Experience working remotely with reliable high-speed internet, a laptop, and other essential equipment.
