We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Offline Event Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and executing successful offline events, particularly within the cryptocurrency industry, with a focus on top 20 ranked exchanges.
Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute a wide range of offline events, including conferences, meetups, and workshops, both regionally and globally.
• Develop innovative event concepts that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
• Manage all aspects of event production, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and on-site coordination.
• Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
• Manage event budgets and ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
• Measure and report on event performance against established KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record in planning and executing successful offline events within the cryptocurrency industry, specifically for top 20 ranked crypto exchanges.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, including market trends, regulatory landscape, and key players.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin is a significant plus.
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for the cryptocurrency industry and a desire to contribute to its growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in working with international teams and cross-cultural environments.
• Knowledge of event technology and tools.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative event ideas.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
