Senior Microwave Systems Specialist

This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical / Electronic or Telecom Engineer with a strong background in microwave delivery as a Field Engineer. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Equipment RTN900/300 series and full outdoor installation & commissioning, as well as the ability to monitor network performance, analyze transmission statistics, and implement necessary optimizations or improvements. A strong communicator, presenter, and analyst with excellent skills in resolving complex issues, this individual will provide guidance to the field team and contribute to the success of our organization. About the Role • Responsibilities: • Field Engineer with 3-5 years' experience in microwave delivery • Expertise in Equipment RTN900/300 series and U2000/NCE • Ability to analyze transmission statistics and optimize network performance • Strong communication and presentation skills • Experience in guiding field teams in resolving microwave installation issues Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in microwave delivery as a Field Engineer • Hands-on experience with Equipment RTN900/300 series and full outdoor installation & commissioning • Ability to monitor network performance, analyze transmission statistics, and implement necessary optimizations or improvements • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills • Experience with Equipment U2000/NCE
