As a growing fashion e-commerce brand, we’re looking for a digital marketing specialist to help us scale our online presence and drive sales. Role Overview We are seeking a part-time digital marketing contractor (10-20 hours per week) to manage paid ads, SEO, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be experienced in e-commerce growth strategies, with a strong ability to execute paid campaigns, generate content ideas, and optimize for performance. Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising: Plan and execute ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and TikTok to increase conversions. Social Media Marketing: Develop content ideas that align with Nysama’s brand identity and drive engagement. SEO Optimization: Improve website visibility and organic search rankings through keyword research and on-page optimization. Email Marketing: Implement retargeting strategies and nurture potential customers through email flows. Analytics & Optimization: Track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and optimize strategies to improve ROI. Influencer & Partnership Outreach: Identify and collaborate with content creators to increase brand awareness. Ideal Candidate • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce digital marketing (preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands). • Proven track record of successful paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, or TikTok. • Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and email marketing. • Proficiency in Shopify and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment. Compensation & Commitment • Part-time contract role (10-20 hours per week, flexible schedule). • Compensation is negotiable based on experience • Remote position with potential for long-term collaboration.
